About measures of step-by-step updating of the pumping and power equipment of the water management organizations of the Ministry of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan during 2014 - 2018

In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 25, 2012 "About the forecast of the main macroeconomic indicators and parameters of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2013" and for the purpose of implementation of modern energy-saving technologies and the equipment in water economy the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-1887:

1. Take into consideration that as a result of the continuous inventory count of the pumping and power equipment of pumping points of the water management organizations which is carried out by the Ministry of agricultural and water economy together with the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and SAC of Uzbekenergo is revealed:

3944 units (81%) morally and physically obsolete electric motors of pumping points of the water management organizations which are subject to replacement by the modern energy saving equipment;

1297 units (% 32,9) morally and physically obsolete electric motors of pumping points of the water management organizations requiring replacement in first-priority procedure during 2014 - 2018;

excessive electric power consumption by obsolete electric motors of pumping points constitutes up to 10 - 15 percent in comparison with the modern energy saving equipment.

2. Approve: complex measures for updating of the pumping and power equipment and rational electricity use in the water management organizations of the Ministry of the Ministry of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1;

forecast parameters of step-by-step replacement of electric motors of pumping points of the water management organizations of the Ministry of the Ministry of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2014 - 2018 according to appendix No. 2.

3. Create the coordination working group on ensuring realization of complex measures for updating of the pumping and power equipment and rational electricity use in the water management organizations of the Ministry of the Ministry of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2014 - 2018 according to appendix No. 3.

Provide to coordination working group: annually till April 1 the organization and carrying out inventory count of technical condition of the pumping and power equipment of the water management organizations;

annually till June 1 consideration and approval of lists of priority pumping points of the water management organizations of the Ministry of the Ministry of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the Republic of Uzbekistan which electric motors are subject to replacement by the modern energy saving equipment;

quarterly hearing of reports of heads of the water management organizations of the Ministry of the Ministry of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the Republic of Uzbekistan on course of execution of complex measures for updating of the pumping and power equipment and to rational electricity use, ensuring forecast parameters of step-by-step replacement of electric motors.

4. To provide to the ministry of the Ministry of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the Republic of Uzbekistan: annually till December 1 - development and approval of the Ministry of Finance of detail network schedules on replacement of electric motors of pumping points of the water management organizations by the modern energy saving equipment with entering into the Cabinet of Ministers for approval in accordance with the established procedure;

acquisition in accordance with the established procedure the modern energy saving equipment within the approved forecast parameters of step-by-step replacement of electric motors of pumping points of the water management organizations of the Ministry of the Ministry of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2014 - 2018;

annual approval, in coordination with SAC of Uzbekenergo, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and khokimiyats of areas, the mode of operation of pumping points of the water management organizations and tough monitoring of rational use of the allocated electric power limits;

annually till February 1 - entering into the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan information on use of allocated funds on updating of the pumping and power equipment, and also electric power limits in the water management organizations.

5. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

annually, since 2014, in case of creation of the draft of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan to provide, by reasonable calculations of the Ministry of the Ministry of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the Republic of Uzbekistan, necessary funds for step-by-step updating of the pumping and power equipment, including replacement of electric motors of pumping points of the water management organizations, taking into account the released budgetary appropriations on expenses on payment of the electric power.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy minister of agricultural and water economy Sh.R.Khamrayev and the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan G. I. Ibragimov.
