About introduction of amendments to the Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova of April 18, 2002 No. 985-XV

In the Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova No. 985-XV of April 18, 2002 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 72-74, 195), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In Article 145:
in the sanction of part (1) words and figures "from 8 to 15 years." shall be replaced with words also in figures "from 10 to 15 years.";

2. In Article 151:

in the sanction of part (1) words and figures "from 140 to 240 hours or imprisonment for a period of up to 3 years." shall be replaced with words also in figures "from 200 to 240 hours or imprisonment for a period of up to 5 years.";
in the sanction of part (2) words and figures "from 3 to 6 years." shall be replaced with words also in figures "from 5 to 7 years.".
4. In the sanction of Article 155 of the word and figure "for a period of up to 2 years." shall be replaced with words also in figures "for a period of 1 year up to 3 years.".
5. In Article 164:
in the sanction of part (1) words and figures "from 2 to 6 years." shall be replaced with words also in figures "from 3 to 6 years.";
in the sanction of part (2) words and figures "from 4 to 10 years." shall be replaced with words also in figures "from 6 to 10 years.";
