1.1. Securities according to the report on results of additional share issue:

- joint-stock company „CIOCANA" (IDNO 1003600087302; mun. Chisinau, Prospekt Mirchya the persons Betryn, 6) in the amount of 150000 lei in number of 30000 common nominal shares with nominal value of 15 lei with the state registration number MD14CCAA1009 at the expense of money;

- joint-stock company „MOBILCOMSERVICE" (IDNO 1003600019217; mun. Chisinau, Ulitsa Uzinelor, 96/2) in the amount of 10000 lei in number of 10000 common nominal shares with nominal value 1 leu with the state registration number MD14BICE1008 at the expense of equity.
