the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2008 No. 2044 "About approval of form of the conclusion about reference of imported goods to installations on use of renewable energy resources" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 6, 5/29075);
subitem 1.11 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 12, 2010 No. 702 "About modification, amendments and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on the tax matters" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 120, 5/31820);
subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2012 No. 589 "About change, amendment and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and their separate provisions" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 72, 5/35894).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2013.
