About some questions of the public veterinary service of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of further enhancement of legal regulation of activities of the public veterinary service of the Republic of Belarus I decide:

1. The Item is excluded according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 28.06.2019 No. 252

2. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 2010 No. 236 "About creation of Department of veterinary and food supervision and introduction of amendment and changes in some presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 118, 1/11622; 2011, No. 27, 1/12386) following changes and amendments:

2.1. in Item 3:

to state paragraph two of subitem 3.1 in the following edition:

"control (supervision) in the field of veterinary science, supervision in the field of quality assurance of food staples and foodstuff, grain, compound feeds, supervision when exporting, importing and transit of the loads under control to the state veterinary supervision;";

state subitem 3.3 in the following edition:
