The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Determine as the mechanism of stimulation of use of renewable energy resources in the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity the mechanism of sale of capacity of the qualified generating objects provided by rules of the wholesale market.
2. Approve enclosed:
Rules of determination of the price of capacity of the generating objects functioning on the basis of renewable energy resources;
changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning stimulation of use of renewable energy resources in the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity.
