Rules of determination of the price of capacity of the generating objects functioning on the basis of renewable energy resources;

changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning stimulation of use of renewable energy resources in the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning stimulation of use of renewable energy resources in the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity

1. In Rules of qualification of the generating object functioning on the basis of use of the renewable energy resources approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 3, 2008 N 426 (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, N 23, Art. 2716; 2010, N 6 Art. 664):

a) in Item 1:

c) add item 4 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Concerning the generating object functioning on the basis of renewable energy resources relating to type of the generating objects functioning on the basis of renewable energy resources for which target exponents of localization are established in the statement for qualification of the generating object (further - the statement) the planned target of extent of localization on the generating object is specified.";

d) in Item 5:

in paragraph one of the word "about qualification of the generating object (further-the statement)" to exclude;
