About approval of the Rules connected with material and social content of the police officer

For the purpose of ensuring execution 7, of 8, "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About police" of November 11, 1999 the No. 205 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides 9 and 10 paragraphs of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic:

1. Allowances, payments for the professional category, for permanent job with codes, for care of dogs and their training, serving with dogs in security guard and patrol service, for care of horses and accessories - in horse and disciplinary parts, for work in sobering-up station, for razryadsotrudnikam-drivers, instead of daily issues on food - to persons whose work in connection with the site of service has traveling character, for leaving in the interim order after dismissal, for resignation from service, during disease, studies, leaves and other allowances, benefits, payments, the stipulated by the legislation republics are issued to the police officer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic depending on specifics of service.

1.1. The amount and rules of purpose of remuneration for continuous length of service, allowances, compensations, benefits and other payments issued to the police officer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic to establish according to appendix No. 1 to this resolution.

1.2. To issue to the police officer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs food ration or the corresponding monetary compensation instead of food ration on the basis of the regulations approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic, and the prices established by the commission on control of wholesale prices for the food products released by the organizations financed from the government budget.

1.3. Permit management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic within the relevant established funds annually to issue to the police officer financial support in volume of at least one monthly official pay rate and award in volume of at least one monthly official pay rate, and also to appoint monthly by it allowances for good results in work, timely accomplishment of especially important works in the amount of no more than 25% to the employees working at various positions of highly skilled programmers and electronics engineers in the amount of no more their two-month official pay rate, to investigators, investigators and criminalists (experts) in the amount of their half-month official pay rate, and to translators in the amount of no more their monthly official pay rate, to make the decision on preserving official pay rate on the last duty station of employees, changed the duty station from regular police parts of special function in other structural organizations in view of achievement of the age limit set by the internal regulatory legal act.

* in case of death (death) of the police officer in connection with execution of service duties to his family, and also persons which were in its dependence the immediate compensation in 70-fold size of monthly expenses on its content, except for is paid to the monetary compensation issued instead of food ration at the expense of the government budget, subsequently this amount keeps from perpetrators;

2.1. To establish the documents required for establishment of immediate compensations to the police officer, the dead who (died), sustained injuries (wound, injury, contusion), other damage of health or his family on the basis of appendix No. 2 to this Resolution.

3. The procedure for issue and the amount of monetary compensation to the staff of law-enforcement bodies who are not taking residences in connection with change of the duty station in law-enforcement bodies and to members of their families for payment for use of leased premises (rent) for the period of service taking into account the settlement are determined according to Appendix No. 4 to this Resolution.

4. To establish the size and the Procedure for issue to the police officer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of lifting money and immediate compensations in connection with change of the duty station in police on the basis of appendix No. 3 to this Resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

Amount and rules of purpose of remuneration for continuous length of service, surcharges, compensations, benefits and other employee benefits of police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic

Maintenance costs * and other employee benefits of police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic are appointed taking into account specifics of their service in the following procedure:

1. Remuneration for continuous length of service is counted and paid from salaries on position and special rank in the following amount:

* for continuous length of service from 1 year to 2 years - 5%

* for continuous length of service from 2 to 5 years - 10%

* for continuous length of service from 5 to 10 years - 15%
