According to Items 6 and 7 of part two of Article 14 and Item 17 parts two of article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way or to terrorism financing" and for the purpose of increase in efficiency of implementation of supervision of observance by subjects of primary financial monitoring of requirements of the legislation concerning prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way or to terrorism financing, the National commission performing state regulation in the sphere of the markets of financial services, POSTANOVILA:

1. Approve the Procedure for exchange of information between Public service of financial monitoring of Ukraine and the National commission performing state regulation in the sphere of the markets of financial services for increase in efficiency of implementation of supervision of observance by subjects of primary financial monitoring of requirements of the legislation concerning prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way or to financing of terrorism which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of financial monitoring of Ukraine, State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of September 09, 2010 No. 160/251 "About approval of the Procedure for provision by the State committee of financial monitoring of Ukraine of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of information for increase in efficiency of implementation of supervision", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 27, 2010 for No. 852/18147.

3. To provide to development department of the markets of financial services and financial monitoring submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

4. Send this order to Public service of financial monitoring of Ukraine for submission to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

6. Control over the implementation of this order to assign to the member Natskomfinuslug Burmaka M. O.
