Rules of monitoring of oil prices crude Yurals brands

1. These rules establish procedure for monitoring of oil prices crude the Yurals brands (further respectively - oil prices, monitoring).  

2. Monitoring is performed for the purpose of determination of average oil prices and the coefficient characterizing the level of the change in price for crude oil for the period of monitoring, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation by observation and registration of the daily prices (purchase and sale) for oil published by the international price agency "Argus Media Limited" (the Argus Crude edition, names of quotations - URALS FOB PRIMORSK, URALS MED AFRAMAX FOB NOVOROSSIYSK and ESPO BLEND FOB KOZMINO, unit of measure - US dollar for barrel).

3. The period of monitoring is the period from the 15th of each calendar month on the 14th of the following calendar month.
