About additional measures for enhancement of import of consumer goods to the Republic of Uzbekistan
In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 29, 2013 "About measures for further increase in competitiveness of domestic production and strengthening of fight against illegal commodity importation" the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-1913:
1. Approve the List of separate types of the imported consumer goods which are subject to the obligatory marking in state language which is put down by manufacturers since July 1, 2013 according to appendix No. 1.
Determine that only the goods having the consumer packaging (container) which is part of goods and being included in its price in which they directly arrive in retail trade are subject to obligatory marking.
2. Determine that to subject obligatory marking in state language which is put down by manufacturers, consumer goods:
placed in customs regime "temporary storage" till July 1, 2013 and issued in free circulation after July 1, 2013, can be implemented in retail network without marking in state language till January 1, 2014;
issued in free circulation in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan till July 1, 2013, can be implemented in retail network without marking in state language till January 1, 2014;
marked in the Republic of Uzbekistan in state language and issued in free circulation in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan till July 1, 2013, can be implemented in retail network with these markings in state language till January 1, 2014.
3. Prohibit realization in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan of separate types, unmarked in state language, of the imported consumer goods which are subject to obligatory marking in state language.
