1. Approve "Rules of creation and submission of data on amount of nicotine, tobacco pitch and monoxide of carbon in tobacco product" (are applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

Rules of creation and submission of data on amount of nicotine, tobacco pitch and monoxide of carbon in tobacco product

1. These rules are prepared in connection with application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About tobacco and tobacco products" and determine rules of creation and submission of data on amount of nicotine, tobacco pitch and monoxide of carbon as a part of the tobacco product made in the Azerbaijan Republic and put into circulation.

2. The information about composition of nicotine, tobacco pitch and monoxide of carbon as a part of each piece of the tobacco product made in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic and put into circulation are constituted by the producer once a year and till December 15 it are represented to them to the Ministry of Health of the Azerbaijan Republic.

3. In the information about composition of nicotine, tobacco pitch and monoxide of carbon shall be specified:

- the name and the address of the company making tobacco product;

- brand of tobacco product;

- amount of nicotine, tobacco pitch and monoxide of carbon as a part of tobacco product separately;

- the name of the laboratory researching amount of nicotine, tobacco pitch and monoxide of carbon as a part of tobacco product;

- copies of protocols of laboratory inspection of tobacco product.
