About some questions of licensing of activities for development, production, acquisition and realization of explosive and pyrotechnic substances and products with their application
According to article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 11, 2007 "About licensing" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for implementation of activities for development, production, acquisition and realization of explosive and pyrotechnic substances and products with their application.
2. Determine:
1) the licensor on implementation of activities for development, production, acquisition and realization of explosive and pyrotechnic substances and products with their application Committee of the industry of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) the state bodies approving licensing for implementation of activities for development, production, acquisition and realization of explosive and pyrotechnic substances and products with their application regarding the applicant's compliance to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.
3. Recognize invalid:
2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 12, 2012 No. 783 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 12, 2008 No. 243 "About approval of Rules of licensing and the qualification requirements imposed to activities for development, production, acquisition and realization of explosive and pyrotechnic substances and products with their application" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 57, the Art. 776).
4. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after the first official publication.
