About determination of technical standard rates of emission for stationary sources of the hazardous substances which are thrown out in atmospheric air and also for the transport, other portable means and installations which are sources of pollution of atmospheric air
Due to the application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About protection of atmospheric air" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. Determine that technical standard rates of emission for stationary sources of the hazardous substances which are thrown out in atmospheric air are regulated by the existing standards and instructions, and technical standard rates of emission for the transport, other portable means and installations which are the sources of pollution of atmospheric air, standards approved by Interstate Council for Standardization, Metrology and Certification of member countries of the CIS which member is the Azerbaijan Republic and in the absence of the corresponding standards are used the technical standard rates established by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Azerbaijan Republic.
2. To the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Azerbaijan Republic to determine technical norms for the sources which are contaminating atmospheric air, not having the corresponding standards and also admissible limit of emission for each stationary source.
3. Charge to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Azerbaijan Republic and Public service on anti-monopoly control and control over the consumer market under the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic to perform proper measures in the direction of ensuring future transition of technical standard rates of emission for the transport and other portable means which are sources of pollution of atmospheric air to the European standards.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
