1. Approve the actions plan for 2013-2016 on strategy implementation of reforming of system of provision of social services (further - the actions plan) which is applied.

2. To the ministries, other central executive bodies, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city state administrations to send annually till April 1 to the Ministry of social policy information on accomplishment of the actions plan for its generalization and representation annually till April 20 to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. Recommend to local government bodies to provide accomplishment of the actions plan within the powers.

4. Recognize invalid:

the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 30, 2008 No. 1052 "About approval of the action plan on implementation of the Concept of reforming of system of social services for the period till 2012";
