On accomplishment of the deputy address of 08.04.2013 No. 08-04/13(18), for the purpose of protection of the domestic market against low-quality and counterfeited medicines and non-admission of import to customs area of Ukraine of medicines and products of medical appointment with violation of the law of Ukraine concerning the public customs affairs to activate the measures directed on:
- non-admission of illegal commodity importation - "medicines" and "products of medical appointment";
- control of the external economic transactions connected with import to customs area of Ukraine of goods - "medicines" and "products of medical appointment";
- implementation of the analytical and search work directed to identification and counteraction to illegal import to customs area of Ukraine of medicines and products of medical appointment. Concentrate special attention on the prevention, identification and the termination of the facts of illicit movement of medicines by citizens, and also in the international post and express departures.
