Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

2. Amount of remuneration, paid to experts, specialists and translators, is specified in the court order and authority (official) about imposing of administrative punishment or about suit abatement about administrative offense.
3. Behind persons called to the judge in authority (to the official) in which production there is case on administrative offense, as the victims, witnesses, their legal representatives, experts, specialists and translators for the period of absence from work the salary on place of employment in accordance with the established procedure remains.
4. The victims, witnesses their legal representatives who are not consisting in employment relationships in compensation of time and the work which is actually spent for derivation from regular occupations receive compensation in 1, the 5-fold size of conventional financial unit 1, of 65 manats per every day.
6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
