About enhancement of procedure for the omission of physical persons, vehicles and goods through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for the omission through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus of physical persons, vehicles and goods when carrying out sanitary and quarantine, veterinary control, phytosanitary quarantine control (supervision) the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Place to the State Customs Committee under operational authority of the state regulatory authorities – the veterinary, phytosanitary and sanitary and quarantine services located at check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus (further – the state regulatory authorities), under parts:

the organizations of interaction of the state regulatory authorities in case of the omission through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus of vehicles and goods;

determinations of places of submission of the documents necessary for implementation of veterinary, phytosanitary and sanitary and quarantine control, and places of making of the specified control types;

coordination of works on information technical supply of activities of the state regulatory authorities.

2. To provide to the State Customs Committee and the State boundary committee together with the Ministry of Health the organization and carrying out sanitary and quarantine control at check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus regarding visual survey of physical persons and in need of poll about condition of their health:

customs authorities - at check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus at which border control is exercised by customs authorities;

territorial authorities of the border service - at other check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus.

3. To the State Customs Committee and the State boundary committee together with the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, the Ministry of Health to take measures for realization of the regulations containing in Items 1 and 2 of this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective since May 1, 2013.
