According to the paragraph the fifth subitem 16.1 of Item 16 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 12, 2013 No. 168 "About some measures for optimization of system of state bodies and other state organizations, and also the number of their workers" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve enclosed:

1.1. the list of the positions (professions) of the workers performing maintenance both providing activities of state bodies, and corresponding to these positions (professions) of job grades;

1.1-1. the list of the positions of the workers performing maintenance and providing activities of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus and the National center of legal information, and corresponding to these positions of job grades;

1.2. Regulations on procedure and payment terms of work of the workers performing maintenance and providing activities of state bodies.

2. Operation of this resolution:

extends also to the state organizations which employees according to legal acts are government employees;

does not extend to employees of diplomatic representations and consular establishments of the Republic of Belarus.

3. For office use.

4. Provide to state bodies reduction of the regulatory legal acts in compliance with this resolution and take other measures for its realization.
