does not extend to employees of diplomatic representations and consular establishments of the Republic of Belarus.

5. Make to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection explanations about procedure for application of this resolution.
6. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2013, except for Item 4, of this resolution which is becoming effective from the date of official publication.
