1. Establish quota for attraction of foreign labor power on priority projects for 2013 according to appendix to this resolution.

2. Approve enclosed:

1) conditions of issue of permissions to attraction of foreign labor power for project implementation "Expansion and reconstruction of Ekibastuzsky GRES-2 with installation of the power unit station No. 3" (the applicant - Samruk-Energo joint-stock company);

2) conditions of issue of permissions to attraction of foreign labor power for project implementation "Production of the knitting materials of special purpose (dry construction mixes and cement)" (the applicant - Geopolimer limited liability partnership.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 15.12.2016 No. 802

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of the first official publication.

Conditions of issue of permissions to attraction of foreign labor power for project implementation "Expansion and reconstruction of Ekibastuzsky GRES-2 with installation of the power unit station No. 3" (the applicant - Samruk-Energo joint-stock company)

1. The documents enclosed to the application on attraction of foreign labor power, represented by the employer or person authorized by it to authorized body in the territory of which the priority project is implemented shall contain:

1) the information about the involved foreign workers with indication of surname, name, middle name (including Latin letters), birth dates, nationality, number, date and body of issue of the passport (identity document), the country of permanent residence, the country of departure, education, the name of specialty, qualification (position) according to applied in the Republic of Kazakhstan by the job evaluation catalog of positions of heads, specialists and other employees, standard qualification characteristics of positions of heads, specialists and other employees of the organizations, single wage rate book of works and professions of workers, the tariff and qualification characteristics of professions of workers and the state qualifier of the Republic of Kazakhstan 0199 "The qualifier of occupations" approved by authorized state body on work;

2) the notarized translations (copies if the document is completed in the state or Russian languages) the education documents legalized in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, except as specified, provided by the become effective international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) information on labor activity of the worker (in the presence of qualification requirements on length of service by the corresponding profession) with appendix of the written confirmation about labor activity of the worker on the official form of the employer for which earlier the worker worked, or other supporting documents recognized in the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) the notarized agreement extract, testimonial of participation in implementation of the priority project, or the copy with presentation of the original for reconciliation (for the contract and subcontract organizations).
