1. Approve:

a) forms of the reporting on the goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone and of the goods made (received) with use foreign goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone in the territory of the Special economic zone in the Magadan region (appendix N 1);

b) procedure for filling of forms of the reporting on the goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone and about the goods made (received) with use foreign goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone in the territory of the Special economic zone in the Magadan region (appendix N 2);

c) procedure for representation to customs authority of the reporting on the goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone and about the goods made (received) with use foreign goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone in the territory of the Special economic zone in the Magadan region and terms of its provision (appendix N 3).

2. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy manager of FCS of Russia R. V. Davydov.

This order becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.

Procedure for filling of forms of the reporting on the goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone and the goods made (received) of the goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone in the territory of the special economic zone in the Magadan region

I. General provisions

1. This procedure determines procedure for filling of forms of the reporting on the goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone (further - STZ), and the goods made (received) of the goods placed under customs procedure of STZ in the territory of the Special economic zone in the Magadan region (further - the SEZ).

2. The reporting consists of the title page containing data on the member of the SEZ, the N 1 form "The goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone" and the N 2 forms "Goods, made (received) with use of the foreign goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone, and the order by such goods".

II. Filling of the N 1 form

3. The N 1 form "The goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone" consists of the table N 1 "Data on the Goods Placed under Customs Procedure of Free Customs Zone" and the table N 2 "Data on the Goods Placed under Customs Procedure of Free Customs Zone and Exported for Own Production and Technological Needs on Other Part of the Territory of the Magadan Region".

4. In table N 1 data on the goods placed under customs procedure of STZ and the order are specified by such goods.

5. Table N 1 is filled in taking into account the following.
