1.2. Form of the form of the identity document for consideration of the application about recognition by the citizen of the Russian Federation or about acceptance in citizenship of the Russian Federation <1> (appendix N 2).

2. Establish effective period of the identity document issued:

for consideration of the application about recognition by the citizen of the Russian Federation - five months;
