For the purpose of enhancement of technical and cryptographic information security I decide:
1. Approve:
The regulations on technical and cryptographic information security (are applied);
The regulations on procedure for reference of objects of informatization (are applied) to crucial objects of informatization.
2. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
2.1. ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 01.04.2016 No. 121;
2.2. ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 06.06.2025 No. 227
2.3. No. 178 is excluded according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 22.06.2023
2.4. in Regulations on reference of objects of informatization to crucial and the safety of crucial objects of informatization approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 25, 2011 No. 486 "About some measures for safety of crucial objects of informatization" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 121, 1/13026):
in Item 1 part two shall be replaced with words the word "containing" "intended for the information processing containing";
in Item 6:
in the paragraph the second to "ensuring technical protection" shall be replaced with words words to "technical and cryptographic protection";
to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:
"exercises external control behind safety of KVOI according to the procedure, the established OATs;";
