1. Approve the Order of registration, re-registrations of the unemployed and accounting of persons which look for work it (is applied).

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

Order of registration, re-registrations of the unemployed and accounting of persons which look for work

General part

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of registration, re-registration of the unemployed and accounting of persons who are looking for work, jobcenter of public service of employment (further - jobcenter).

2. In this Procedure terms are used in such value:

the unemployed re-registration - updating of the previous registration of the unemployed if after its termination the unemployed did not find a job;

the termination of registration of the unemployed - deprivation of person (loss by person) of the status of the registered unemployed person;

registration of the unemployed - introduction of data on person who addressed for assistance in employment, in Single information and analytical system of public service of employment with the subsequent provision to such person of the status of the registered unemployed person.

Other terms are used in the value given in the Laws of Ukraine "About employment of the population", "About immigration", "About providing the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons", "About the refugees and persons needing additional or temporary protection" and "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case".

3. Registration of the unemployed who address for assistance in employment (further - registration) is carried out by jobcenter irrespective of the registered residence or stay.

During registration the employee of jobcenter fills in Single information and analytical system of public service of employment personal card in which personal data of the unemployed are specified (surname, name and middle name, the registered residence or stay, number, month and year of birth, registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer or series and passport number (for persons who on the religious beliefs refused adoption of registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer, reported about it in relevant organ of the State Tax Service and have the corresponding mark in the passport), data on the last place of employment or type of activity according to part one of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About employment of the population", the basis for the termination of employment relationships according to employment records or other type of activity that is documented.
