DECISION OF BOARD OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC COMMISSION

About the Program for development (modification, review) of interstate standards as a result of which application on voluntary basis observance of requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of products intended for children and teenagers" (TR CU 007/2011), and also interstate standards containing rules and methods of researches (testing) and measurements, including the rules of sampling necessary for application and execution of requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of products intended for children and teenagers" (TR CU 007/2011) and implementation of assessment of conformity of objects of technical regulation is provided

(as amended of the Decision of Board of the Evraziyisky economic commission of 15.01.2019 No. 7)

The board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Approve the Program for development (modification, review) of interstate standards as a result of which application on voluntary basis observance of requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of products intended for children and teenagers" is provided (TR CU 007/2011) and also interstate standards containing rules and methods of researches (testing) and measurements, including the rules of sampling necessary for application and execution of requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of products intended for children and teenagers" (TR CU 007/2011) and implementation of assessment (confirmation) of compliance of products it (is applied).

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
