About approval of the Procedure for conducting checks of observance of requirements of the legislation on securities of rather professional activity in the stock market and activities of the self-regulating organizations of professional participants of the stock market

According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" and for the purpose of coordination of normative legal acts the National commission on securities and the stock market RESHILA:

1. Approve the Procedure for conducting checks of observance of requirements of the legislation on securities of rather professional activity in the stock market and activities of the self-regulating organizations of professional participants of the stock market which is applied.

2. Recognize invalid the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of September 4, 2012 as No. 1179 "About approval of the Procedure for control of observance by professional participants of the stock market of requirements of the legislation on securities", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 24, 2012 for No. 1644/21956, and the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of July 8, 2003 No. 302 "About approval of Rules of conducting checks of activities of the self-regulating organizations in the security market" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 30, 2003 for No. 658/7979 (with changes).

3. To provide to department of control and legal work (O. Misyur):

submission of this decision on implementation of examination on compliance of the Convention on human rights protection and fundamental freedoms in the Secretariat of the Government representative for cases of the European Court of Human Rights of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. (Yu. Zhuly) to provide to department of external and internal communications publication of this decision according to requirements of the legislation.

5. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

6. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the member of the commission E. Voropayev.
