1. Approve:

1) Regulations of the state service "Issue of Permission to Transit of Products Which Are Subject to Export Control", according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Regulations of the state service "Issue of Permission to Conversion of Products out of Customs Area of the Republic of Kazakhstan", according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) Regulations of the state service "Issue of the Conclusion about Reference of Goods, Technologies, Works, Services, Information to Products Which Are Subject to Export Control", according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) Regulations of the state service "Registration and Accounting of Chemical Products", according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) Regulations of the state service "Issue of the Certificate of Statement on Special Accounting of the Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs Performing Transactions with Precious Metals, Except for Products from Them and the Primary Goods Containing Precious Metals", according to appendix 5 to this order;

6) Regulations of the state service "Issue of the Conclusion about Economic Inexpediency or Impossibility of Conversion of the Primary Goods Containing Precious Metals in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan", according to appendix 6 to this order;

7) Regulations of the state service "Issue of the Conclusion about Opportunity (Impossibility) and Economic Feasibility (Inexpediency) of Industrial Extraction of Precious Metals from Primary Goods in the Republic of Kazakhstan", according to appendix 7 to this order.

2. To committee of the industry of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Karibayev E. G.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) official publication in mass media and placement on official Internet resource.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the first vice-minister of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan Rau A. P.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
