2. Enact from the date of the introduction of this resolution production, registration and issue of documents which samples of forms are approved by this resolution, using means of the State information system of registration accounting of physical persons and their documentation.

3. Determine that:

the documents issued to the introduction in operation of this resolution are effective during the term for which they were issued;

certificates of the driver on the right of control of vehicles of category A, A1, B and B1, drawn up are also issued after the introduction in operation of this resolution, are valid within twenty years from the date of their issue, other categories - within ten years from the specified date. Such certificates are subject to exchange in accordance with the established procedure;

before introduction and issue of documents which samples of forms are approved by this resolution documents are processed with use of forms of the previous samples.

4. Provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs creation of conditions for renewal in accordance with the established procedure of the certificates of the driver issued with use of sample of the form approved by executive body of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.

5. To provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Public migratory service determination of contractors on production of forms of documents which samples are approved by this resolution according to the procedure and method which are established by the Laws of Ukraine "About implementation of public procurements" and "About protection of the economic competition".
