1. Approve the enclosed Administrative regulations of Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation on provision of the state service in implementation of licensing of activities for development and production of remedies of confidential information.

2. Recognize invalid the order of FSB of Russia of April 1, 2009 No. 123 <1> and Item 6 of appendix to the order of FSB of Russia of April 12, 2010 as No. 173 <2>.

These Administrative regulations determine the standard of provision in bodies of the Federal Security Service of the state service in implementation of licensing of activities for development and production of the remedies of confidential information established on objects of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, Security Council of the Russian Federation, Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Government of the Russian Federation, the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation (further - the state service, unless otherwise specified), according to Regulations on licensing of activities for development and production of remedies of confidential information, the approved order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 3, 2012 No. 171 "About licensing of activities for development and production of remedies of confidential information" <1> (further - the Provision), structure, the sequence, terms of accomplishment of ministerial procedures (actions), requirements to procedure for their accomplishment, including feature of accomplishment of ministerial procedures (actions) electronically, forms of control of provision of the state service, pre-judicial (extrajudicial) procedure for appeal of decisions and actions (failure to act) of the licensing body <2>, and also his officials.
