About rates for the heat energy released to consumers
For the purpose of uninterrupted providing consumers with heat energy and reduction of rates in compliance with real production costs the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power (NARE) DECIDES:
1. Approve rate for the heat energy delivered to consumers of MT of "Retelele Termice Calarasi" in the amount of 1 519 lei/Gcal (excluding VAT).
2. In appendix to the resolution of the NARE Administrative board No. 404 of February 2, 2011 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova No. 22-24/128 of 4:02. Line item of "MT of "Retelele Termice Calarasi" 1 766" to exclude 2011).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
