According to paragraph 5 of article 46 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About public health care of the Azerbaijan Republic", in cases of lack of other rules provided in international treaties as which participant the Azerbaijan Republic acts the admission to occupation by medical and pharmaceutical activities in the Azerbaijan Republic of the health and pharmaceutical workers who received preparation in foreign countries it is performed by the Ministry of Health of the Azerbaijan Republic.
