About approval of the Actions plan in connection with the declaration of 2013 in the Azerbaijan Republic "Year of information and communication technologies"

(as amended of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of 02.09.2014 No. 247)

According to the Order of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 16, 2013 "About the declaration of 2013 in the Azerbaijan Republic "Year of information and communication technologies" and being guided No. 2664 by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, I decide:

1. Approve "The actions plan in connection with the declaration of 2013 in the Azerbaijan Republic (is attached) "Year of information and communication technologies".

2. Determine the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of the Azerbaijan Republic the coordinating body in the organization of execution of the Actions plan provided in part of 1 this Order.

3. To provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic implementation of measures for development of information and communication technologies and to their use, forming of the electronic government in the territory of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

4. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve the issues following from this Order.
