In case of temporary disability of the sent worker on the general basis daily allowance (salary supplement) is paid to it, and also expenses on hiring of premises are refunded (except cases when sent is on stationary and out-patient treatment) during the whole time while it has no opportunity for health reasons to start accomplishment of the office order assigned to it or to return to the place of the permanent residence, but not over two months.

Temporary disability of the sent worker, and also its impossibility to return for health reasons, to the place of the permanent residence shall be certified in accordance with the established procedure by submission of sick leave notes.

For the period to the sent worker instead of the salary temporary disability benefit is paid to temporary disability in accordance with general practice. Days of temporary disability do not join business trips in time.

The mode of working hours and time of rest of those associations, the companies, organizations, organizations to which they are sent extends to the workers and employees who are in business trip. Instead of days of rest, unused during the business trip, other days of rest on return from business trip are not represented.

If the worker is specially sent for work to days off or holidays, compensation for work these days is made according to the current legislation.

In case of departure in business trip in the day off according to the administrative decree other day of rest in accordance with the established procedure is represented to the worker on return from business trip. In case of return of the worker to the place of permanent job before the termination of the working day the question of appearance time for work this day is solved by agreement with administration.
