1. Approve the enclosed Method of calculation of amounts of transportation of goods, cargo turnover of road transport and to enact it since calculation of amounts of transportation of goods, cargo turnover of road transport for March, 2013.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of December 13, 2012 No. 223 "About approval of the Method of calculation of amounts of transportation of goods, cargo turnover of road transport" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 14.02. 2013, 7/2291).

3. This resolution becomes effective in fifteen working days after its signing.

CHAPTER 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. This Technique is developed for the purpose of determination of amounts of transportation of goods, cargo turnover of road transport for a fee for legal entities and physical persons based on the agreement of motor transportation of freight or on other legal causes.

2. Calculation of amounts of transportation of goods, cargo turnover of road transport is performed by territorial authorities of the state statistics in general on the area and the city of Minsk, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus - on the republic.

5. The monthly settlement (the first assessment) of amount of transportation of goods, cargo turnover of road transport of the organizations is made on the basis:
