About approval of the list of the services rendered directly in the airports of the Republic of Belarus and airspace of the Republic of Belarus in servicing, including aeronautical servicing, the air vehicles which are carrying out the international flights and (or) the international airborne transportations in case of which realization the rate of the value added tax is established in the amount of zero (0) percent

Based on subitem 1.8 of Item 1 of article 122 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed list of the services rendered directly in the airports of the Republic of Belarus and airspace of the Republic of Belarus in servicing, including aeronautical servicing, the air vehicles which are carrying out the international flights and (or) the international airborne transportations in case of which realization the rate of the value added tax is established in the amount of zero (0) percent.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2013.

Provision of airfield engineering for the purpose of servicing of the air vehicle:

for start of power units of the air vehicle or land-based source of power supply;

cesspool machine;

for filling or water drain in (from) the air vehicle;

for heating (conditioning) of cabin and interior of the air vehicle;

towers for servicing of the air vehicle;

automobile elevator (electrocars);

the trailer nose for towage of the air vehicle;

for filling of aircraft system of the air vehicle with oxygen;

for filling of aircraft system of the air vehicle with compressed air, nitrogen;

installations of air start for air start of aircraft engines of the air vehicle;

fire fighting equipment;

automobile crane;

compressor;

for loading (unloading) and cargo transportation, baggage in (from) the air vehicle;

for garbage removal from the air vehicle;

for de-icing, snow, hoarfrost from the surface of the air vehicle (blowing, having poured over water, mechanical cleaning);

for wash of the air vehicle;

for processing of the air vehicle deicing fluid (including liquid cost);

machines for maintenance of the air vehicle;

ambulance cars;

the converter of frequencies, the airfield rectifier and other technical means for servicing of air vehicles.

Internal cleaning of the air vehicle.

Calculation of the center-of-gravity diagram of the air vehicle.

Provision of services of the dispatcher on control on the platform.

Providing operating conditions of customs, boundary and quarantine Items.

Cleaning of the platform, aircraft parking place, including after de-icing, snow, hoarfrost from the surface of the air vehicle.

Providing with aviation fuels and lubricants.

Provision of services of the dispatcher of the airport on creation of documentation on not arrived and sent in addition baggage.

Use of air terminal of the passenger.

Servicing of the decreasing passenger.

Use of system of general access for the automated registration of the decreasing passenger.

Landing or disembarkation of passengers in (from) the air vehicle with use of passenger or telescopic walkway.

Processing of ballast of the air vehicle.

Use of own information system for registration of the decreasing passengers and preparation of runs of airlines.

Storage of exchange containers of airlines.
