About measures for realization of separate provisions of the Federal Law "About Anti-corruption"

1. Determine that based on Items 1.1 - 3 and 4 parts 1 of article 8 of the Federal Law of December 25, 2008 "About anti-corruption" (further - the Federal Law "About Anti-corruption") data on the income, on property and obligations of property nature, on the income, on property and obligations of property nature of the spouse (spouse) and minor children are represented to No. 273-FZ in the form of the reference completed with use of the special software of "the Reference of the BQ" posted on the official site of the President of the Russian Federation, the reference to which is also posted on the official site of federal state information system in the field of public service on the Internet, approved by the President of the Russian Federation:

a) in Management of the President of the Russian Federation concerning public service, personnel and anti-corruption:

the citizens applying for substitution of position of the vice-chairman of the Central bank of the Russian Federation;

vice-chairmen of the Central bank of the Russian Federation;

the citizens applying for substitution of position of the board member of the Central bank of the Russian Federation and persons replacing the specified position;

the citizens applying for substitution of positions in the state corporations (companies), other organizations created based on the Federal Laws, the public companies, appointment to which and release from which are performed by the President of the Russian Federation, and persons replacing the specified positions;

the citizens applying for substitution of separate positions based on the employment contract in the organizations created for accomplishment of the tasks set for federal state bodies, appointment to which and release from which are performed by the President of the Russian Federation, and persons replacing the specified positions;

the citizens applying for substitution of position of the chief financial representative and person replacing the specified position;

b) in the division of the Russian Government Office determined by the Government of the Russian Federation:

the citizens applying for substitution of positions in state non-budgetary funds, the state corporations (companies), other organizations created based on the Federal Laws, the public companies, appointment to which and release from which are performed by the Government of the Russian Federation, and persons replacing the specified positions;

the citizens applying for substitution of separate positions based on the employment contract in the organizations created for accomplishment of the tasks set for federal state bodies, appointment to which and release from which are performed by the Government of the Russian Federation, and persons replacing the specified positions;

c) in divisions of the Central bank of the Russian Federation on prevention of corruption and other offenses (the officials responsible for work on prevention of corruption and other offenses):

the citizens applying for substitution of positions of employees of the Central bank of the Russian Federation (except positions of the Chairman of the Central bank of the Russian Federation, the vice-chairman of the Central bank of the Russian Federation and the board member of the Central bank of the Russian Federation) whose substitution involves obligation to represent data on the income, on property and obligations of property nature, and persons replacing the specified positions;

the citizens applying for substitution of positions of financial representatives in spheres of financial services, the head of service of ensuring activities of the financial representative and persons replacing the specified positions;

d) in divisions (are determined) by prevention of corruption and other offenses (the officials responsible for work on prevention of corruption and other offenses) which are created in state non-budgetary funds, the state corporations (companies), other organizations created based on the Federal Laws, the public companies - the citizens applying for substitution of positions in such funds, corporations (companies), the organizations, the public companies included in the lists established by regulations of such funds, local regulations of such corporations (companies), organizations, public companies, and persons replacing the specified positions;

e) in divisions of federal state bodies on prevention of corruption and other offenses (the officials responsible for work on prevention of corruption and other offenses) - the citizens applying for substitution of separate positions based on the employment contract in the organizations created for accomplishment of the tasks set for federal state bodies included in the lists established by regulatory legal acts of these federal state bodies, and persons replacing the specified positions.

The citizens and persons called in paragraphs the second - the fourth the subitem "an" of Item 1 of this Decree, represent data on the income, on property and obligations of property nature across the Russian Federation approved by the President to reference form according to the procedure and terms which are provided by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of May 18, 2009 No. 558 "About representation by the citizens applying for substitution of the state positions of the Russian Federation and persons replacing the state positions of the Russian Federation, data on the income, on property and obligations of property nature" and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.

The citizens and persons called in paragraphs five and pole of the subitem "an" and in the subitem "b" of Item 1 of this Decree represent data on the income, on property and obligations of property nature across the Russian Federation approved by the President to reference form according to the procedure and terms which are provided by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of May 18, 2009 No. 559 "About representation by the citizens applying for substitution of positions of the Federal State Service and federal government employees of data on the income, about property and obligations of property nature" and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.
