About approval of lists of the companies which receive or import on customs area of Ukraine the substances used as components of motor fuels for use as raw materials for production in the chemical industry and annual amounts of quotas for shipment or import of such substances
According to subitems 229.6.12 and 229.6.13 of Item 229. Subitems 229.7.14 and 229.7.15 of Item 229.7 of article 229 of the Tax Code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides 6,:
1. Approve:
the list of the companies which receive or import benzene on customs area of Ukraine (the code according to UKTVED 2707 10 90 00) used as component of motor fuels for use as raw materials for production in the chemical industry and annual amounts of quotas for its shipment or import according to appendix 1;
the list of the companies which receive or import on customs area of Ukraine methanol technical (methyl alcohol) (the code according to UKTVED 2905 11 00 00) used as component of motor fuels for use as raw materials for production in the chemical industry and annual amounts of quotas for its shipment or import according to appendix 2;
The list of the companies which receive or import toluene on customs area of Ukraine (the code according to UKTVED 2707 20 90 00) used as component of motor fuel, for use as raw materials for production in the chemical industry, and annual amounts of quotas for its shipments or import according to appendix 3;
the list of the companies which receive or import xylol on customs area of Ukraine (the code according to UKTVED 2707 30 90 00) used as component of motor fuel, for use as raw materials for production in the chemical industry, and annual amounts of quotas for its shipments or import according to appendix 4;
the list of the companies which receive or air simple imports on customs area of Ukraine, efirospirta, efirofenola, efirospirtofenola, peroxides of alcohols, peroxides of simple air, peroxides of ketones (certain or uncertain chemical composition) and their halogenated, sulfonated, nitrobathing or nitrosated derivatives, except diethyl ether which is classified by code according to UKTVED 2909 11 00 00 (codes according to UKT foreign trade activities 2909 19 10 00, 2909 19 90th 10, 2909 19 90th 20, 2909 19 90th 90) used as components of motor fuels for use as raw materials for production in the chemical industry, and annual amounts of quotas for their shipments or import according to appendix 5.
the list of the companies which receive or is imported on customs area of Ukraine by mixes of aromatic hydrocarbons (code according to UKTVED 2707 50 90 00), used as component of motor fuel for use as raw materials for production in the chemical industry, and annual amounts of quotas for their shipment or import according to appendix 6.
1-1. The quotas established by this resolution extend to the companies which receive as raw materials for production in the chemical industry of substance, used as components of motor fuels, from other subjects of managing - producers of such substances, develop and transfer within single production cycle such substances within one legal entity or import substances on customs area of Ukraine.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
