About reorganization of the republican state state company "National Accreditation Center" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

1. Reorganize the republican state state company "National Accreditation Center" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation to the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The center of Bologna Process and academic mobility" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company).

2. Determine:

1) authorized body of the corresponding industry concerning the company the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the main object of activity of the company - implementation of activities in the field of the higher and postgraduate education.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) submission on approval to Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the charter of the company;

2) state registration of the company in judicial authorities;

3) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

4. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
