ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

About the amount of the one-time charges levied for issue of the licenses and permissions provided by the Federal Law "About Weapon" and also for prolongation of term of their action

According to article 23 of the Federal law "About Weapon" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the following amount of one-time charges, collectable:

from legal entities and citizens for issue of licenses for acquisition of civil and office weapon, permissions to storage or storage and carrying, import to the Russian Federation and export from the Russian Federation of weapon and cartridges to it, and also for prolongation of term of their action, according to the appendix N 1;

2. Determine that:

issue of licenses for acquisition of civil and office weapon, permissions to storage or storage and carrying, import to the Russian Federation and export from the Russian Federation of weapon and cartridges to it, and also prolongation of effective period of the specified licenses and permissions is performed by law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation;

3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation to establish procedure for use of the means arriving according to this Resolution for compensation of the organizational and other expenses connected with issue of licenses and permissions, and also prolongation of term of their action.

4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economics of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation to establish procedure for transfer in the income of the federal budget of the means levied for issue of licenses for production of civil and office weapon, cartridges to it, certificates on models of civil and office weapon, types of cartridges to it, products, structurally similar to weapon, and also for prolongation of effective period of licenses and certificates.

5. Recognize invalid:

Item 5 of the Resolution of Council of Ministers - The governments of the Russian Federation of December 2, 1993 N 1256 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Russian Federation "About weapon" (Collection of acts of the President and the Government of the Russian Federation, 1993, N 49, the Art. 4772);

The order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 16, 1994 N 1250 "About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of Council of Ministers - the Governments of the Russian Federation of December 2, 1993 N 1256 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Russian Federation "About weapon" (The Russian Federation Code, 1994, N 30, the Art. 3136);

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 7, 1995 N 167-p (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, N 7, the Art. 595).

     за каждую единицу служебного огнестрельного оружия           10
     ограниченного поражения и гражданского газового оружия
     (пистолета или револьвера)
