1. General provisions

1. These regulations of the state service "State Registration of Mortgage of the Small Size Vessel" (further - Regulations) are developed according to article 32-2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 6, 2004 "About inland water transport", the Rules of state registration of courts, including the small size vessel, and the rights to it approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 14, 2011 No. 1058 "About approval of Rules of state registration of courts, including the small size vessel, and the rights to it" (further - Rules), the standard of the state service "State Registration of Mortgage of the Small Size Vessel" (further - the Standard), the approved order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 5, 2012 No. 1153 "About approval of standards of the state services of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the sphere of transport control and modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
