About procedure for representation and placement of information in the public information database of the National commission on securities and the stock market on the security market dealers in securities and stock exchanges
According to Item 15 parts two of Article 7 and Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", part ten of Article 17 and part three of article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About securities and the stock market" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:
1. Determine that the dealer in securities submits to the public information database of the National commission on securities and the stock market about the security market for further placement information on all transactions of rather issued securities made out of stock exchange by it or with its participation within three working days after date execution of the transaction of rather issued securities according to appendix 1 to this decision.
2. Determine that the stock exchange submits to the public information database of the National commission on securities and the stock market about the security market for further placement information on all transactions of rather issued securities made on it until the end of the next working day after date of emergence of the transaction of rather issued securities according to appendices 2, 3 to this decision.
