About broadcasting of appeals to maintaining healthy lifestyle

Considering double quality of Coordination council on television and radio as Arantxa of public concerns and the single autonomous body of the public power having regulation rights in the field of audiovisual activities; the task of ustanavlivaniye of regulations of regulation assigned to KSTR by the current legislation; need of respect for the principles of preserving health and healthy lifestyle, and also the fact that advertizing of food, including products for children's consumption, shall not encourage excessive consumption of products or refusal of consumption of fruit, vegetables and natural products; for the purpose of informing and education of need of the population for healthy food; based on the European convention on cross-border television, the Directive on services massmediya No. 2010/13/UE of Parliament of the European Union of 10.03.2010, Coordination council on television and the radio DECIDES:

Art. 1. When broadcasting advertizing of food products, the broadcasting organizations shall issue alternatively following appeals in air:

a) "To be healthy, use daily at least 5 fruit and vegetables";

b) "To be healthy, move daily at least thirty minutes";

c) "To be healthy, use daily at least two liters of water";

d) "To be healthy, observe time of the main meals";

e) "To be healthy, avoid the excessive use of salt, sugar and fats";

f) "For healthy life nurse the child in the first 6 months";

g) "For maintenance of hygiene of oral cavity brush teeth at least twice a day";

h) "For healthy life as often as possible wash hands with soap";

i) "Smoking strongly damages your health and health of those who surround you";

j) "The excessive use of alcoholic beverages strongly damages your health".

(For – (8), unanimously, D. Vikol, O. Barbalate, D. Chokan, Yu.Kolesnik, A. Kozma, K. Duca, O. Gucucui And M. Onchanu-Hadyrke).

Art. 2. 1 appeals provided by the Art. shall be issued in air alternatively in time frame 06:00-22:00 on one at the end of each advertizing block. Appeals lasting not less than 5 seconds shall be sounded.

Art. 3. For the broadcasting recommended by Coordination council on television and radio of social spot, the broadcasting organizations can not issue 1 appeals provided by the Art. in air.

Art. 4. To impose control over accomplishment of this resolution on management of monitoring and legal service of KSTR.

Art. 5. Publish this resolution in "Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova" and on the website of Coordination council on television and radio.
