About approval of Regulations of the state services rendered by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to item 4 of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 27, 2000 "About ministerial procedures", PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve:

1) Regulations of the state service "Certification of the Organizations on the Work Right in the field of Industrial Safety" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Regulations of the state service "Issue of Permissions to Use of Technologies, Technical Devices, Materials" according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) Regulations of the state service "Registration of Declarations of Industrial Safety" according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) Regulations of the state service "Accreditation of the Organizations for Independent Risks Assessment in the field of Fire Safety" according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) Regulations of the state service "Issue of the Conclusion on the Fire Fighting Equipment and Fire Extinguishing Means of National and Import Production Realized in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" according to appendix 5 to this order;

6) Regulations of the state service "Coordination with Bodies of the Public Fire Service of Drafts of Standards of the Organizations on Products" according to appendix 6 to this order.

2. To committees of fire service (Aubakirov S. G.) and on the state control of emergency situations and industrial safety (Kunanbayev N. S). To provide the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) in the procedure established by the legislation to organize official publication of this order;

3) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chief of staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan Okasov S. K.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
