According to part provisions (2) Articles 5, Articles 43, 46, 51 and 60 Laws No. 283 of December 28, 2011 on Boundary police (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 76-80, 245), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve:
Regulations of providing boundary police officers with ware property, according to appendix No. 6.
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of 21.11.2018 No. 1145
3. The staff list of the General inspectorate of Boundary police is established by the Minister of Internal Affairs.
4. Before entry into force of the Law No. 283 of December 28, 2011 on Boundary police it is allocated with the right:
the Minister of Internal Affairs - to claim the staff lists of the General inspectorate of Boundary police which are becoming effective since July 1, 2012;
the CEO of the Border service - to claim the staff lists of the divisions which are under authority of the General inspectorate of Boundary police, becoming effective since July 1, 2012.
5. This Resolution becomes effective on July 1, 2012, except for Item 4, which will become effective from the moment of publication.
