About payment terms of work of workers of the state higher educational institutions operating in the conditions of financial autonomy

(as amended on 05-09-2018)

For the purpose of regulation of compensation of workers of the state higher educational institutions operating in the conditions of financial autonomy, the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve:

payment terms of work of workers of the state higher educational institutions operating in the conditions of financial autonomy according to appendix No. 1;

changes and additions which are made to the separate orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 2.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2013.

Appendix No. 1

to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of March 13, 2013 No. 195

Payment terms of work of workers of the state higher educational institutions operating in the conditions of financial autonomy

1. Faces of scientific and pedagogical and pedagogical personnel of the state higher educational institutions operating in the conditions of financial autonomy (further – organizations), it is paid according to the official pay rates and payment terms of work provided by this appendix.

The official pay rates specified in table 1 to this appendix are the obligatory minimum sizes of payment guaranteed by the state, and rectors of organizations are granted the right depending on the available financial resources to increase in proportion their sizes, at the same time the coefficient of the maximum increase makes K=1,5.

2. Educational and auxiliary and administrative personnel, and also other employees of organizations (including employees of libraries, museums, sport, bodies of mass media, workers, etc.), except for faces of scientific and pedagogical and pedagogical personnel, are rated according to the categories of compensation of the Single scale of charges of employees of budgetary institutions provided for the corresponding positions in appendices to the Order of the Government No. 381 of April 13, 2006. "About payment terms of work of workers of the budget sphere" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, 431), with subsequent changes and amendments, and specific official pay rates are established by Art. No. 66-69, in the amount of, equal or exceeding the sizes of salaries according to categories of compensation specified in table 2 to this appendix. In cases when for separate employee categories of the budget sector application of intersectoral indicators of priority or coefficients of complexity of works is provided, the specified indicators and coefficients will be applied also in case of differentiation of base pay of the corresponding workers of higher educational institutions.
