About the state forecasts, concepts and programs of social and economic development of the Republic of Tajikistan

- include the options developed taking into account probable impact of objective factors, priorities of the state social and economic policy, measures of state regulation of economy, the social sphere, stages of their realization;
- include quantitative indices (indicators, parameters) characterizing rates and proportions of economic growth, dynamics of production and its structure, production volumes and consumption of goods (works, services) in industries and the primary commodity groups, the level and nature of use of gross domestic product, results of scientific and technical progress, the employment level and qualities of life of the population, ecological situation and social structure of society, development of education, health cares, cultures, creation of information objects, development of other industries of social infrastructure.
The forecast of social and economic development of the Republic of Tajikistan for long-term outlook is developed by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan for a period of fifteen years and once in five years is adjusted by it.
The forecast of social and economic development of the Republic of Tajikistan for the medium term is developed by the Government of the Republics of Tajikistan for a period of five years or for three years with breakdown by years and adjusted annually.
The government of the Republic of Tajikistan develops the forecast of social and economic development of the Republic of Tajikistan for short-term outlook for a period of one year as a part of the mid-term forecast for three years. On the basis of this forecast the Medium-term program of the public expenditures, the Government budget of the Republic of Tajikistan for the next financial year is constituted.
Forecasts of social and economic development of the Republic of Tajikistan are subject to publication.
For the purpose of timely and high-quality development of forecasts of social and economic development of the Republic of Tajikistan the authorized body of the executive authority has the right to demand required materials from industry executive bodies, executive bodies of local government, other bodies and legal entities.
