About approval of regulations of electronic state services

According to item 4 of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 27, 2000 "About ministerial procedures", article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 11, 2007 "About informatization" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) regulations of the electronic state service "Submission of Information on Production of the Identification Document on the Parcel of Land" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) regulations of the electronic state service "Submission of the Cadastral Information on the Parcel of Land" according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) regulations of the electronic state service "Submission of Information on Accessory of the Parcel of Land" according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) regulations of the electronic state service "Submission of Information on the Title Document of Primary Provision of the Right to the Parcel of Land" according to appendix 4 to this order.

2. To provide to department of the state control of use and protection of lands and the state land cadastre and monitoring of lands of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on management of land resources:

1) in accordance with the established procedure state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its official publication;

2) after state registration publication of this order on Internet resource of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on management of land resources.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
