1. Approve the enclosed Regulations of the state service "Coordination of Activities of Foreign Religious Associations in the territory of the Republic, Appointment of Religious Associations as the Foreign Religious Centers of Heads in the Republic of Kazakhstan".

2. To department of the analysis and strategic planning of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for religions (further - the Agency) (Ospanov S. K.) together with Legal support division of the Agency (Zhuanyshpayeva A. T.) provide in the procedure established by the legislation state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and official publication in mass media of this order.

3. To department of the analysis and strategic planning of the Agency (Ospanov S. K.) after state registration to place this order on Internet resource of the Agency and to bring it to the attention of all structural divisions, territorial authorities and subordinated organizations of the Agency.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the Agency Azilkhanov M. A.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

The state service "Coordination of Activities of Foreign Religious Associations in the territory of the Republic, Appointment of Religious Associations as the Foreign Religious Centers of Heads in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - the state service) is performed by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for religions (further - the Agency) which address is specified in appendix 1 to the Standard of the state service "Coordination of Activities of Foreign Religious Associations in the territory of the Republic, Appointment of Religious Associations as the Foreign Religious Centers of Heads in the Republic of Kazakhstan" approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 15, 2012 No. 1311 (further - the Standard), in the working days, except days off and holidays, from 9:00 till 18:30 with lunch break from 13:00 till 14:30 o'clock.

1) the receiver (or the representative under notarially attested power of attorney) files to the employee of office of the Agency documents according to Item 11 of the Standard;

2) the employee of office of the Agency accepts document package, issues to the receiver the copy of the application or petitions with stamp of registration of authorized body (the entering number, date) for receipt of documents, registers documents in the magazine of registration and submits to them to management of the Agency;
