recognizing reasonable essential expansion of amounts of interstate radio in the nearest future - and telecastings, telecommunication bonds,

noting considerable promotion in project implementation of the multipurpose telebroadcasting satellite World system for the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States approved by the Decision of Council of Heads of Government of September 9, 1994 solved:

1. Establish the status of radio - television and telecommunication channels of interstate communication of the Commonwealth of Independent States in this connection to Interstate Coordination Council of MTRK "World" in a month to develop and in accordance with the established procedure to introduce on the regular meeting of Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth the project of the Regulations on the status of radio - television and telecommunication channels of interstate communication of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

2. Ask the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan to make relevant decisions on creation of national branches of Mir Intergovernmental TV & Radio Company in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. Take exhaustive measures for realization in the territory of each of the states of national parts of the Project of the multipurpose telebroadcasting satellite World system approved by the Decision of Council of Heads of Government of September 9, 1994 including no later than March 1, 1997 to allocate and resolve use in the territories of these states of the frequencies necessary for the multipurpose telebroadcasting satellite World system, and also on licensed basis to give to Mir Intergovernmental TV & Radio Company opportunity of use and development of telecommunication networks of all types on the conditions established for state-financed organizations.

4. Recognize that accomplishment by executive bodies and managements of the Agreement on international legal guarantees of free and independent implementation of activities of Mir Intergovernmental TV & Radio Company of December 24, 1993 it is reasonable to perform according to the Decision of Economic Court of the Commonwealth of Independent States of December 21, 1995.
