About approval of Regulations on the State committee of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan and about the State inspectorate for supervision in the sphere of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies

According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 16, 2012 No. UP-4475 "About Creation of the State Committee of Communication, Informatization and Telecommunication Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 23, 2012 No. PP-1836 "About the organization of activities of the State committee of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan", and also for the purpose of further enhancement of public administration in the sphere of communication, informatization and the telecommunication Cabinet of Ministers technologies decides:

1. Approve:

Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 10.04.2015 No. 87

Regulations on the State inspectorate for supervision in the sphere of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies according to appendix No. 2;

organizational structure of the State inspectorate for supervision in the sphere of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies according to appendix No. 3.

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 4.

3. To the ministries and departments to bring departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R.S.Azimov.
