1. Approve the Procedure for development, development and release of new types of defense products, and also the termination of release of the existing types of such products which is applied.
2. To the Ministry of economic development and trade, other state bodies, certain Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 27, 2011 No. 464 "Questions of the state defense order" (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011 No. 34, of the Art. 1402) state customers by defense order, to bring own regulatory legal acts concerning development, development and release of new types of defense products, and also the termination of release of the existing types of such products into compliance with this resolution.
